- 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine panko crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken strip in buffalo sauce, then coat with seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Arrange chicken strips on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Serve with ranch dressing on the side and drizzle additional buffalo sauce if desired.
Notes
- For extra crunch, spray the chicken lightly with cooking spray before baking.
- Use hot buffalo sauce for more spice, or mild if preferred.
