Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix mashed bananas, oats, cinnamon, honey, and vanilla until well combined.
- Fold in chopped nuts if using.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and set.
- Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
