- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup pico de gallo or salsa
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced

Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with taco seasoning.
- Add chicken broth and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Shred the cooked chicken with two forks and stir well.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble tacos by placing shredded chicken in tortillas and topping with pico de gallo, avocado slices, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
