- 1 pound sirloin steak, sliced thin
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté sliced steak until browned, about 4-5 minutes, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add bell peppers and onions, cook until tender and slightly caramelized, about 7-8 minutes.
- Return steak to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and stir to combine.
- Divide mixture into bowls, top with shredded cheese, and broil until cheese melts, about 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of cheese for a richer flavor.
- For extra heat, add sliced jalapenos.
