- 2 cans kidney beans (15 oz each), drained

- 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions
- Heat a large pot over medium heat and brown the ground beef until cooked through. Remove excess fat if necessary.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant and translucent.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, corn, kidney beans, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Scoop into bowls and serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for beef.
- Adjust spice levels according to taste.
