Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the beef over medium heat until cooked through.
- Add the onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, beans, corn, carrots, potatoes, spices, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
