  • 3 tbsp honey BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and whisk to form a roux; cook 1 minute.
  3. Gradually whisk in milk and heavy cream, simmer until thickened.
  4. Add shredded cheeses and stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Stir in BBQ chicken, honey BBQ sauce, salt, and pepper.
  6. Add cooked pasta and toss to combine.
