Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, baking powder, and set aside.
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing until combined. Press dough evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
- Mix powdered sugar with enough milk to create a thick but spreadable consistency. Divide and color with food dyes.
- Spread frosting over cooled cookie base. Decorate with sprinkles. Slice into bars and serve.
