- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- Fresh thyme leaves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut puff pastry into small squares and place in mini muffin tins or on a baking sheet.
- Top each with a slice of brie cheese.
- Combine cranberries and honey; spoon onto each pastry square.
- Sprinkle with thyme leaves.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly. Serve warm.
Notes
- Can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
- Use store-bought puff pastry for convenience.
- Garnish with additional thyme if desired.
