Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups beef or chicken broth
  • 1 cup chopped spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Form into small meatballs.
