- 2 cups finely chopped broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Optional: chopped herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Steam or microwave broccoli until tender, then drain and finely chop.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt. Mix until well incorporated.
- Form mixture into small rounds and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and crispy. Garnish with herbs if desired. Serve warm or cooled.
Notes
- For extra crunch, sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese before baking.
- These can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days and reheated in the oven.
