Instructions
- Combine crushed cookies and cream cheese until well mixed.
- Form into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt butterscotch chips and mix with caramel sauce and vanilla extract.
- Dip each cookie ball into the caramel mixture, let excess drip off.
- Place dipped cookies on the sheet, drizzle with additional caramel, and decorate with sprinkles.

- Chill the cookies in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of caramel and butterscotch.
