- 1 lb steak (sirloin or flank), sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley and oregano, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season steak with salt, pepper, and herbs. Grill until cooked to your liking, then slice thinly.
- In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and herbs.
- In a small bowl, whisk olive oil and lemon juice to make a dressing.
- Divide the vegetables into bowls, top with steak slices, feta, and drizzle with dressing. Garnish with parsley.

- Feel free to add hummus ortzabouleh for extra flavor.
