- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, and oregano.
- Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
- Brush the cut sides with garlic butter.
- Layer shredded cheeses on the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Place the tops back on and cook on the skillet until golden and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
