Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until tender and golden.
- In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, honey, lemon juice, and a little water to create the drizzle.
- Drizzle the tahini-honey sauce over roasted cauliflower and serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

- Adjust honey to taste for desired sweetness.
- You can add a sprinkle of paprika or chili flakes for extra spice.
