- 1 kg de sal grosso
- Ervas frescas (como alecrim e tomilho)
- Limão para servir
Instructions
- Rinse the pregado fish well under running water and dry with paper towels.
- In a baking dish, create a bed of coarse salt and place the pregado fish on top, covering it well with salt.
- Add fresh herbs on top of the fish.
- Place the fish in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for approximately 30-40 minutes.
Notes
- Deixe o Peixe Pregado ao Sal descansar por alguns minutos antes de servir.
- Sirva com fatias de limão para um toque cítrico.
- Combina bem com saladas frescas e legumes grelhados.
