- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 2 cups cooked pulled beef
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares about 3 inches each.
- Mix pulled beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of beef mixture and cheese in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over and seal edges with a fork or by pinching.
- Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
