- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté chicken and vegetables in butter until cooked through.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and milk to form a dough.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough into the boiling broth to form dumplings.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until dumplings are fluffy and cooked.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

- For extra flavor, add garlic or onion powder.
