- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, and hoisin sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Add cooked noodles and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- You can add vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli for extra crunch.
- Adjust soy sauce and sugar to taste for saltiness and sweetness.
