- 8 oz (225g) cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 small taco shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with taco seasoning and olive oil.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
- Warm taco shells in the oven or microwave.
- Assemble tacos by placing shrimp in shells, topping with lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Drizzle with sour cream and squeeze lime juice over each taco. Serve immediately.

- You can substitute shrimp with grilled chicken or fish for variety.
- For extra flavor, add sliced avocado or shredded cheese.
