- 1 package (8 oz) crescent roll dough
- 1 lb cooked ground turkey
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll crescent dough and arrange in a large circle on the baking sheet, sealing the edges to form a ring.
- In a bowl, mix cooked ground turkey with thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the dough circle, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Top the cranberry sauce with seasoned turkey and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the filling slightly, pinching to seal.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

- Can use fresh or cooked turkey leftovers.
