Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush chicken breasts with 1 tbsp olive oil, season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. While chicken cooks, toss vegetables with remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add vegetables to the air fryer during the last 8 minutes of chicken cooking, or cook separately if preferred.
  6. Serve hot with vegetables on the side.
