- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush chicken breasts with 1 tbsp olive oil, season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- While chicken cooks, toss vegetables with remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add vegetables to the air fryer during the last 8 minutes of chicken cooking, or cook separately if preferred.
- Serve hot with vegetables on the side.

- You can swap vegetables based on seasonality or preference.
- Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
