- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz (225 g) brie cheese, sliced
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the puff pastry into 12 squares. Place a slice of brie and a few cranberries on each square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg. Place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with honey or maple syrup before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter touch, add a sprinkle of brown sugar before baking.
- Can be prepared ahead and baked just before serving.
