- 2 cups pecan halves
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
- In a bowl, toss pecans with melted butter until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over pecans and toss to coat thoroughly.
- Spread pecans on prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through, until pecans are fragrant and caramelized.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of salt or a splash of vanilla extract.
