- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 2 soft-boiled eggs

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place beef slices, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper into the slow cooker. Add beef broth.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours until beef is tender.
- Prepare ramen noodles based on package instructions; drain.
- Serve noodles in bowls, ladle hot broth and beef over, and top with soft-boiled eggs and green onions.
