  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced

  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken slices with Cajun seasoning, then cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
