Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush chicken with the spice mixture and grill for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through.
- During the last few minutes, add jalapeño slices to the grill or skillet to soften slightly.
- Remove chicken and jalapeños, garnish with cilantro if desired, and serve hot.
