- 12 slider buns
- 1 lb cooked turkey, sliced or shredded
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 8 oz shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
- Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the buns if desired. Layer sliced turkey evenly on the buns.
- Spread cranberry sauce over the turkey layer, then sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Cover with the top buns and bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and buns are toasted.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
- Use leftover cooked turkey for quick assembly.
- Adjust cranberry sauce quantity for sweeter or tangier flavor.
- Can be assembled ahead and baked just before serving.
