- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Mix turkey, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and hoisin in a bowl.
- Form into 1.5-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and slightly browned.
- Mix sriracha and honey to create the sauce.
- Brush the meatballs with the spicy-sweet sauce and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

- Feel free to adjust the spice level by varying sriracha.
- Serve with steamed rice or as an appetizer with dipping sauce.
