- 4 large apples, sliced
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and diced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine sliced apples, cinnamon, and sugar. Place in a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix oats, flour, and brown sugar. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the apples.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.

- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.
- Adjust cinnamon to taste for more or less spice.
