- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cooked shredded barbecue chicken
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, shredded barbecue chicken, cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a small saucepan, heat milk, heavy cream, and butter until warm. Pour over the pasta mixture and stir well.
- Transfer to the prepared baking dish and top with additional cheese if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

- You can substitute regular chicken with vegetarian options like grilled cauliflower or jackfruit.
- For extra smoky flavor, add a splash of barbecue sauce to the cheese mixture.
