- 8 pepperoni slices
- 4 burger buns

Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and shape ground beef into four patties. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- In the last minute of cooking, top each patty with marinara sauce, cheese, and pepperoni slices. Cover to melt cheese.
- Toast buns lightly in the same skillet with olive oil.
- Assemble the burgers by placing patties on buns, garnish with basil, and serve hot.

- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
