- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy, stirring halfway through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon before serving.
- Can be made ahead and reheated in the oven.
